Digital & eCommerce Intern

We're looking for a proactive intern to join our Digital & E-commerce team. Your main focus will be connecting with TikTok affiliates, supporting creator relationships and encouraging participation in our campaigns.

What You'll Be Learning & Supporting

• Identify and connect with suitable TikTok affiliates and content creators

• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing affiliates

• Reach out to new creators and introduce our brands, products and affiliate opportunities

• Communicate campaign details, product information, commission rates and promotional mechanics

• Coordinate product sampling and follow up on content creation and posting progress

• Invite affiliates to participate in product launches, livestreams and sales campaigns

• Regularly engage with affiliates and provide the support they need

• Maintain an updated affiliate database and track communication progress

• Monitor affiliate content, sales performance and campaign participation

• Identify high-potential affiliates for long-term collaboration

• Assist with affiliate events, workshops and community engagement activities

Who We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Business, Communications or a related field.

• Friendly, confident and comfortable communicating with new people

• Interested in influencer, creator and affiliate marketing

• Able to build relationships and follow up consistently

• Organised, responsible and attentive to detail

• Basic skills in using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Canva and PowerPoint.

• Proactive, willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Location: Bangsar South, KL

Internship type: Full-time, On-Site (at least 3months internahip duration)
