Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled L2 Digital Banking Support Engineer to provide end-to-end support for digital banking applications. The role involves analyzing incidents, troubleshooting production issues, supporting deployments, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth functioning of banking applications.

Key Responsibilities

(As per detailed Roles & Responsibilities document)

  • Provide L2/L3 support for Digital Banking applications.
  • Investigate and resolve incidents, troubleshoot defects, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Coordinate with development, testing, and infrastructure teams for issue fixing and enhancements.
  • Support production deployments, perform validation, and ensure post-deployment stability.
  • Monitor application performance, logs, and alerts to proactively prevent issues.
  • Ensure timely communication, escalation, and documentation for incidents and service requests.
  • Support integration with Oracle database and related backend systems.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and management updates as required.
