Job Description

Position: Digital Commercial Specialist

Key accountabilities:

Key Account Management,

1. Oversee operations, strategy, and sales performance.

2. Develop business strategies to grow Marketplaces presence.

3. Coordinate across teams for seamless execution.

4. Track KPIs, analyze sales data, and optimize performance.

5. Collaborate with all channels account managers for campaigns.

6. Curate and manage product listings with accurate details.

7. Research trends and optimize product assortments.

8. Ensure stock availability and coordinate with procurement

9. Analyze product performance and recommend updates.

Affiliate Management,

1. Identify, approach, and onboard new affiliates.

2. Develop program mechanics, commission tiers, and promotional guidelines.

3. Monitor affiliate sales, clicks, conversions, and ROI ; Maintain regular communication with affiliates to ensure loyalty.

Social Commercial Management

1. Plan campaign calendars, promotions, and product launches.

2. Craft ad creatives, product visuals, and storytelling content.

3. Align messaging across all channels.

4. Manage partnerships, sampling/gifting programs, and affiliate collaborations.

5. Create brand-centric content for social media, live streams, and product listings.
