Key Responsibilities:- Content Creation: Conceptualize, produce, and edit engaging video, image & article contents tailored to each social media platform and websites. Ensuring it aligns with the company's objectives.
Social Media Management: Plan, schedule and post updates, respond to comments, and engage with followers to build our online community.- Direct Marketing: Assist in designing and executing email and text messages campaigns, segmenting contact lists, and analysing campaign performance.
SEO & SEM Support: Assist in optimizing website content for search engines and assist in managing PPC campaigns.
- Website Maintenance: Work closely with the web development team to ensure the website is optimized and updated.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance of contents, ad campaigns across various platforms, ensuring they align with set objectives.- Data Analysis: Collect and analyse data from digital content & ads campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on our marketing activities for the Digital Marketing Manager's review.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a digital content creator role.
Proficiency in video editing & graphic design tools is a must (Adobe Premier, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Capcut)- Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels like SEO, SEM & Email Marketing
Basic knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
