About The Role
The Digital Designer (Digital Campaigns) is a convention-defying creative who doesn't see the status quo as law, but a helpful suggestion. You will collaborate with a team to dissect marketing and communication problems, and come up with ideas, systems, frameworks or solutions in any form and function. As a key member of the Creative team, you will be expected to bring a strong passion for problem-solving and storytelling through design to the table.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptual - solve marketing and communication problems with creative thinking and ideas
- Narrative - craft visual stories and build brands through campaign-level thinking and execution
- Systematic - bring brand experiences to consumers through digital marketing systems and experiences taking in mind specific experiences through different devices
- Graphic / Aesthetic - strong understanding of graphic design, typography and layout and how it extends through the digital realm and its counterparts
- Executional - develop style guides for each project, be part of the design/development process, and work with the Technology team to ensure final quality delivery
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in digital design or advertising
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A self-motivated team player with a positive and proactive attitude
- Keeps up to date with current web design trends, tools, and techniques
- Able to receive and apply feedback constructively
