About This Role
As a Digital Growth Analyst, you'll act as a
strategic partner to our business and product squads, uncovering insights, shaping priorities, and helping deliver initiatives that drive growth across the funnel. You'll blend data-driven analysis with hands-on collaboration, ensuring MY/SG customer needs and opportunities are translated into impactful improvements in our digital products.
This is a role for someone who thrives on
turning analysis into action, influencing product direction, and working cross-functionally to move the needle on acquisition, activation, retention, and overall customer experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Market & Growth Analysis: Conduct market, competitor, and cohort-level analysis to identify trends, untapped opportunities, and threats across our corridors.
- Strategy Influence: Partner closely with regional and global Product teams to shape backlog priorities and inform roadmaps with local growth opportunities.
- Customer Experience Optimisation: Identify product gaps, usability issues, bugs, and friction points using data, user feedback, and journey tracking and help define the solutions.
- Initiative Delivery: Work with Product Owners, Engineers, and Project Managers to ensure your insights translate into experiments, enhancements, and measurable outcomes.
- Experimentation: Support A/B testing and iterative improvements to boost conversion and retention rates, leveraging tools like Amplitude, GA4, and funnel tracking platforms.
- Cross-Functional Partnering: Collaborate with Pricing, Marketing, and Product to align digital product growth with end-to-end business initiatives in MY/SG.
- Voice of the Customer: Advocate for customer needs, ensuring we solve real-world problems and deliver a seamless omnichannel experience across app and web.
About You (requirements)
- Proven experience in digital product growth, analytics, or product management, ideally within fintech, payments, or mobile-first industries.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build business cases and influence decisions using data storytelling.
- Comfort working cross-functionally in agile teams, bridging analysis, strategy, and execution.
- A proactive, strategic mindset you think in terms of systems and growth levers but act with urgency to drive tangible results.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to challenge assumptions and advocate for customers.
