Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document manufacturing and shop-floor requirements.
- Analyze production, quality, maintenance, material-flow and equipment processes.
- Support Critical Manufacturing MES configuration and implementation.
- Assist with integration between SAP, MES and other manufacturing systems.
- Prepare process flows, functional specifications, user stories, data mappings and test scripts.
- Perform system integration testing and user acceptance testing; record, track and retest defects.
- Support master-data validation, user training, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
- Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, engineering, IT, SAP and MES teams.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 4–7 years of relevant workingexperience in a similar role.
- Practical experience in atleast one required SAP area.
- Good understanding of manufacturing or plant operations.
- Experience in an SAP, MES, ERP or manufacturing digitalization project.
- Ability to translatemanufacturing requirements into system processes.
- Experience preparing functional documentation or test scenarios.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to complete Critical Manufacturing MES training and work primarily onsite in Kulim.
- Availability to support go-live or critical deployment activities when required.
