RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support execution of demand generation tactics across email, social media, and paid channels
- Assist in building and optimizing campaigns and campaign assets in HubSpot, Shopify and across search, display, and social media platforms
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards using Power BI and other analytics tools
- Segment and manage contact lists based on engagement and behavioral data to improve marketing campaign effectiveness
- Assisting segmenting, cleaning and uploading leads into HubSpot
- Help maintain and update website content and landing pages for campaign use
- Collaborate with Media Services to develop graphics and assets for campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively surface high-potential contacts based on defined attributes provided
- Contribute ideas for distributing high-value content to attract new accounts and support upsell/cross-sell efforts

REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing operations
- Highly proficient in English.
- Strong proficiency in Shopify, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Ads
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager or similar tools for advertising and audience segmentation
- Experience with CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics a plus
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Comfortable creating performance dashboards and assisting in interpreting campaign data
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience executing campaigns in global markets a plus
- Content creation skills (e.g., writing, design, video) a plus
- Familiarity with account-level signals tools (Zoom Intent) a plus
- Supporting campaign execution with precision and agility.
- Helping surface insights influence pipeline and engagement.
- Proactively contributing to a collaborative, data-informed marketing culture.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Computer Skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Suite of products (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
