Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and updating content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing.
- Support end-to-end digital campaigns, including audience targeting, crafting messaging, and channel selection.
- Help coordinate with partners to develop joint campaigns and promotions.
- Manage and monitor marketing campaign budgets for efficient resource allocation.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and presence across all digital platforms.
- Work closely with the operations team to maintain service quality and consistent promotion efforts.
- Collaborate with business development teams to align marketing activities with client engagement goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to provide strategic recommendations.
- Assist with additional tasks, including research, reporting, and ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:

- Basic understanding of SEO/SEM, Meta Ads, and content marketing is essential.
- Proven ability to support campaigns that drive customer engagement and growth.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external teams.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or patient services is a plus.
