Role Overview
We're looking for a tech-savvy Digital Marketing Coordinator who's comfortable with AI tools, highly organised, and
proactive. You'll coordinate campaigns across channels, keep our web and content ecosystem humming, and turn
insights into actionfast.
Key Responsibilities
Email & Automation
- Build and manage automated email campaigns: create emails, set triggers/workflows, segment and maintain lists (HubSpot).
Content & Social
- Co-develop a content strategy with the Head of Marketing to drive awareness, lead gen and conversion.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Google Business, YouTube and other channels.
- Manage the LinkedIn page; coordinate copywriters/designers; analyse results and recommend improvements.
- Create first drafts with AI (e.g., ChatGPT) for video scripts, articles, and case studies.
Web & Landing Pages
- Coordinate designers to build/update landing pages; optimise pages in HubSpot.
- QA the site for brand consistency, performance, responsiveness, and uptime; troubleshoot issues and manage fixes.
Video & YouTube
- Upload, organise, and optimise YouTube channels and videos; track performance, competitors, and trends.
Paid & Performance
- Set up paid campaigns and performance tracking; analyse results with the Head of Marketing.
- Use GA and platform analytics to monitor effectiveness and inform next steps.
Events & Vendors
- Support planning and execution for events, webinars, product launches, and internal events.
- Manage logistics, vendor contracts, schedules, and on-site coordination.
Collaboration & Ops
- Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, design, and other teams for seamless execution.
- Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure consistent messaging.
Research & Insights
- Track competitive activity and tech-industry media; share actionable insights.
- Optimise for both SEO and AEO/GEO (visibility in AI answer engines).
Qualifications & Skills
Essential
- Bachelors Degree in Business / Marketing /Digital or other related courses.
- Minimum 13 years of digital marketing experience (internships count).
- Proficient in English with clear and concise communication.
- Understanding of SEO (and interest in AEO/GEO).
- A tech-savvy mindset; you follow the tech landscape and know the key players.
- AI-literate: familiar with AI assistants, prompt basics, and workflow automation.
- Proactive & organised: comfortable working in short, agile sprints; strong task management.
- Analytical self-starter: you investigate, learn quickly, and deliver.
- HubSpot experience (workflows, sequences).
Preferred
- Canva/Adobe Creative Suite.
- B2B or enterprise/government experience in the APAC region.
- Previous experience in the tech industry
