Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels to support overall businessobjectives, ensuring alignment with target audience and messaging.
Track and analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
Generate regular reports and perform analysis to provide insights and recommendations for optimisation.
Design, launch, and monitor email marketing campaigns and strategies.
Identify, segment, and analyse the customer database to meet base managementobjectives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Service, to align digital marketing strategies with business goals.
Coordinate with external vendors or agencies as needed to support campaign execution.
Evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Monitor industry trends and news and evaluate emerging technologies toidentifynew opportunities and improve campaign performance.

Education/Experience:
Candidate(s) must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management or Communications, or any related discipline.
Working experience in digital marketing, preferably within the retail industry.
Familiarity with website and marketing analytics.
Experience with social media, email, marketing database, SEO/SEM, and/or display advertising campaigns.
Experience with CRM platforms and customer loyalty systems.
