The World Brands Foundation (TWBF), formerly known as Asia Pacific Brands Foundation (APBF), was founded in 2005 to identify and develop outstanding brands on an international platform. The BrandLaureate Awards were created to encourage brands to achieve greater brand excellence and leadership. TWBF has recognized and awarded leading brand personalities like Nelson Mandela, Hillary Clinton, and Sir Richard Branson, alongside 1,500 brands globally, such as Nike, Samsung, and Manchester United.

Role Description:

This is a full-time role for a Digital Marketing Executive / Content Creator, located on-site in Kuala Lumpur.

Only Malaysian candidates will be considered.

Salary: RM3,000 per month

The Digital Marketing Executive / Content Creator will be responsible for managing digital marketing activities, producing engaging content, and supporting online brand-building initiatives across all platforms. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to independently manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The Digital Marketing Executive / Content Creator will:

  • Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media and online platforms
  • Manage and grow the company's social media accounts (IG, FB, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest)
  • Create high-quality content including videos, graphics, captions, and promotional materials
  • Assist in brand and market research to support ongoing projects
  • Coordinate with the PR and Communications team & Creative team on daily operations and content needs
  • Work with internal teams and external partners for marketing activities and collaborations
  • Track analytics, monitor campaign performance, and compile monthly reports
  • Support event marketing initiatives and on-ground content capture during award events
  • Ensure all content aligns with The BrandLaureate's brand identity and communication standards

Qualifications:

1) Required

  • Malaysian citizen
  • Proven experience in social media marketing
  • Proven experience in content creation (video editing, photography, copywriting, basic design)
  • Strong understanding of branding, digital media trends, and online content strategies
  • Strong communication and writing skills, especially in English
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Good time management and multitasking abilities

2)Optional but Strong Advantages:

  • Experience managing or creating TikTok content
  • Experience with SEO and web/social analytics
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken/written) to liaise with regional clients
  • Background in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields
