Position Overview

Perfect 7 is a fast-growing branding and marketing agency specializing in skincare and IT.

We're hiring a creative, hands-on Content Creator to focus on two key areas:

1) Korean Skincare Brand lifestyle/product content to drive awareness, engagement, and sales

2) CEO Branding authentic, professional content to build personal brand presence

You'll create platform-native content across Xiao Hong Shu, Instagram, and TikTok, with strong skills in photo/video production and editing.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation & Storytelling Plan, write, and edit platform-optimized content (captions, product write-ups, scripts, when needed) that reflects brand voice.

- Photo & Video Production Shoot lifestyle, product, and event content; edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, XHS) including captions, transitions, effects, and sound.

- Social Media Management Publish content, manage comments/DMs, and maintain a consistent posting cadence on XHS, IG, TikTok, and FB

- Content Calendar & Delivery Build and maintain monthly content calendars, ensure all creative assets meet brief and deadlines.

- Influencer & Partnerships Assist with influencer sourcing, outreach, product seeding, and deliverable tracking.

- Events & Roadshows (support) Coordinate logistics, setup, vendors, and capture on-site content; deliver quick post-event edits.

- Analytics & Optimization Track performance via native insight, recommend iterations to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.

- Trendspotting & Brand Consistency Stay current with trends on IG/TikTok/XHS and adapt ideas while maintaining brand consistency.

- Carry out other Ad Hoc Tasks as required

Requirements

- 23 years hands-on experience in content creation (storytelling, photo/video production, editing).

- Strong videography/photography and short-form video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent).

- In-depth familiarity with Xiao Hong Shu, Instagram, and TikTok, and trends and best practices.

- Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

- Agency experience is a plus.

- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented.
