Paid Media Management: Work with media agency in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on digital and social platforms, staying updated on algorithmic changes and market trends.
Search Engine Excellence (SEO/SEM): Guide agency efforts in developing and executing effective SEO and SEM strategies, keeping abreast of latest best practices.
Performance Analytics & Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs, proposing actionable strategies for improvement.
Customer Journey Personalization: Utilize data insights from diverse online/offline interactions (Google Analytics, Customer Data Platform, social media, & etc.) to create personalized online content and campaigns for targeted audience segments.
Digital Asset Management: Manage and update content across all company websites, online platforms, and Google My Business profiles.
Digital Innovation: Actively explore and propose new digital solutions to improve overall digital marketing capabilities.
Inter-Departmental Marketing Alignment: Providing marketing support to key departments such as Sales, Aftersales, and other business units, to help them achieve their objectives and contribute to overall business growth.
Cross-Functional Support: Assist with ad-hoc marketing projects and customer events.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Digital Marketing or a similar field.
Minimum 2 years experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or comparable role.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, social media marketing, digital advertising, audience segmentation, and website analytics.
Strategic mindset with strong tactical execution abilities.
Pleasant, team-oriented personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
