Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing activities. The ideal candidate is hands-on, creative, and data-driven, with a strong understanding of digital platforms, content creation, and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, publish, and manage content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Plan, set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max)
- Perform basic website content updates via the CMS/backend (WordPress or similar platforms); in-depth technical development is supported by an external vendor.
- Implement and maintain SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and basic technical SEO
- Plan, design, and execute EDM (Email Direct Marketing) campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking
- Write, edit, and optimize digital marketing content, including website copy, social media captions, email content, and basic ad copy
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 12 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong practical exposure may be considered)
- Hands-on experience managing social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, including campaign setup, monitoring, and basic optimization
- Ability to perform basic website content updates using a CMS (WordPress or similar); no advanced development skills required
- Basic to intermediate understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research and on-page optimization
- Experience with EDM/email marketing tools and campaign execution
- Strong content writing and editing skills for digital platforms (social media, website, email, and ads)
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights)
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or Meta Ads Manager for performance tracking and optimization
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills for creating digital marketing and social media content
- Exposure to B2B or B2C digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels
