We're a young, fast-paced and creative team looking for a Digital Marketer to join us! In this role, you'll plan and run campaigns to generate leads and sales. You'll then analyze and make recommendations to improve their performance.
Key Accountabilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on online events (e.g., monitor number of tickets sold, track event participation rates, etc.).
- Develop and maintain a new webpage for the marketing team, ensuring it's optimized for user experience and lead generation.
- Manage and grow the company's social media platforms, including content planning, scheduling, and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven optimizations to achieve marketing KPIs.
- Manage advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Implement tracking systems and analyze campaign performance across all advertising platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
Key Requirements
- At least 1-2 years proven experience in marketing
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and experience with email marketing, social media marketing, running ads, and marketing campaign strategies
- Problem-solving prowess and excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail is second nature to you.
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin is a plus.
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving marketing objectives and KPIs
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions
- Knowledge of AI tools and technologies in marketing is a plus
