Job Purpose
We are looking for a creative Digital Marketing Executive to execute impactful marketing initiatives that drive brand growth and generate quality leads. In this role, you will take ownership of marketing campaigns across digital platforms, shape compelling content strategies, and ensure consistent brand presence across all channels.
You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to bring ideas to life—while continuously analyzing performance, optimizing campaigns, and improving results.
Job Duties
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute monthly marketing plans and campaigns.
- Define content direction, messaging, and priorities.
- Align marketing activities with business goals.
2. Social Media Management & Oversight
- Review and approve content, captions, and posting schedules.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube.
- Manage WhatsApp Community engagement.
- Create simple posts (Canva) or handle urgent updates when needed.
3. Vendor Management
- Coordinate with external vendors for: Social media, Website (WordPress), Google Ads & SEO.
- Ensure timely delivery, quality, and alignment with marketing objectives.
- Provide feedback and direction to improve performance.
4. Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Monitor marketing performance across channels.
- Track key metrics such as leads, conversions, and campaign effectiveness.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and results.
5. Website & Content Coordination
- Oversee website updates.
- Upload or adjust content when necessary (WordPress).
- Ensure accuracy during campaigns and product updates.
6. Email Marketing
- Plan and execute email campaigns such as Brevo.
- Monitor and improve engagement performance.
7. Lead Tracking & Reporting
- Prepare monthly reports (marketing performance, analytics).
- Identify insights and improvement opportunities.
8. Marketing Coordination & Support
- Coordinate marketing materials (banners, merchandise, etc.) if required.
- Support internal campaigns, training, and events.
Education:
Diploma or Degree
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in B2B marketing environments.
- Experience in coordinating with external vendors or agencies is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and concepts such as Meta Ads, SEO, Google Ads.
- Marketing funnels and lead generation strategies.
- Familiarity with WordPress at a basic or coordination level.
Required Skill
- Proficient written communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Familiar with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, WordPress, SEO email marketing tools like Brevo).
- Basic design capabilities using Canva (knowledge of Adobe tools is an added advantage).
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Good visual and content sense for marketing material.
