Pathgreen Energy is a fast-growing renewable energy company specializing in commercial and industrial Solar PV solutions and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services. We are committed to helping businesses transition to clean energy through reliable, innovative, and sustainable solar solutions.

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and passionate Digital Marketing Executive to grow our brand presence, drive lead generation, and support our business growth through impactful digital marketing strategies.

What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with the Content Creator to develop engaging weekly content (static graphics and short-form videos) for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu (XHS).
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (SEM), SEO, and other digital channels.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, TikTok Business Center, and other marketing tools.
  • Conduct A/B testing and campaign optimization to improve conversion rates and reduce Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
  • Perform market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging digital marketing trends.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and support lead generation initiatives.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Support marketing events, content shoots, and promotional campaigns when required.
What We're Looking For
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media marketing. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, SEO, SEM, and web analytics.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, TikTok Business Center, and related marketing tools.
  • Experience with paid advertising campaigns is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar creative tools is a plus.
  • Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin to support multilingual content creation and engagement.
