ROLE SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to drive visibility, traffic, and lead generation for our B2B event marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve digital visibility in search engine results, driving organic traffic and enhancing user experience. You will play a key role in planning and executing strategies across organic search, with added focus on optimization for generative AI and AI-driven search.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as an internal expert on SEO, work closely with web development teams and agency to ensure cohesive execution
- Collaborate with event teams to ensure SEO alignment during content planning and publishing
- Conduct keyword research, including long-tail and intent-based terms
- Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices
- Audit websites and identify areas for improvement in search rankings, crawlability, and user experience
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (site speed, indexing, mobile friendliness)
- Explore and experiment with generative AI tools to enhance keyword research, content creation, and personalization
- Assist in optimize content for AI-powered and conversational search (e.g., Google's Search Generative Experience, ChatGPT, Gemini)
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- 23 years of experience in SEO
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, SEMrush, or similar
- Eagerness to explore new marketing technologies and generative AI tools
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a learning-first attitude
- Strong communication skills and comfort working across teams and with agency partners
- SEO content writing skill is a plus
- Fluency in English is a must. Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus
