Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to support and execute integrated marketing initiatives across the company's clean energy solutions portfolio, including solar, battery energy storage systems (BESS), energy efficiency, and other sustainability solutions.

This role will be responsible for digital campaigns, lead generation, content creation, brand visibility, marketing communications, and supporting business growth through strategic marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to generate new prospects and improve client retention
  • Prepare and deliver marketing plans aligned with key business and marketing objectives
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across channels including Google, LinkedIn, Meta, email marketing, and display advertising
  • Support lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and optimize campaigns based on KPIs and ROI

Content, Branding & Communications

  • Manage and oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including digital and print materials
  • Create and schedule content for social media, EDMs, website, and digital platforms
  • Develop marketing presentations and materials for partnership collaborations with external parties
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication and marketing touchpoints
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver integrated marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives

 

Website, Analytics & Market Insights

  • Maintain and update website content and landing pages
  • Support SEO and SEM initiatives to improve website traffic and online visibility
  • Track digital marketing performance using analytics and CRM tools
  • Monitor competitor activities and identify potential improvements or changes in marketing strategies, products, or services
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, competition, and emerging opportunities

 

Business & Commercial Support

  • Determine product and service value delivered throughout customer operations and effectively communicate value propositions to customers
  • Support business development and sales initiatives through marketing activities and campaigns
  • Capable of identifying target markets and supporting commercial engagement opportunities
  • Assist in developing customer-focused marketing strategies to drive awareness and sales growth

 

Cross-functional & Administrative Support

  • Collaborate with marketing executives, managers, operational departments, and external partners to fulfill deliverables effectively
  • Support digital promotion for events, webinars, exhibitions, and campaigns
  • Assist in daily administrative duties to ensure smooth business operations
  • Execute ad-hoc tasks and assist with any marketing-related activities as assigned

Compliance & Quality

  • Contribute, comply, and commit toward the company's Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) Management System
  • Ensure full compliance with international standards, legal requirements, local regulations, and applicable codes of practice
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary by the company

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B, energy, industrial, or technology sectors
  • Fresh graduates who are passionate about digital marketing and the clean energy industry are encouraged to apply
  • Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms, social media management, and email marketing
  • Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
  • Strong communication, presentation, copywriting, and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign and market data
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
