We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who loves creating content, running digital campaigns, and driving online visibility. If you enjoy blending creativity with data this role is perfect for you.

Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Plan, create, and schedule monthly content calendars
  • Produce visuals, captions, infographics, and short videos using tools like Canva & CapCut
  • Execute digital ads (Facebook/IG, Google Ads, LinkedIn) and monitor performance
  • Update website content and support basic SEO optimisation
  • Track analytics and prepare monthly marketing performance reports
  • Support product launches, training programs, webinars, and corporate events
  • Work closely with the Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to strengthen brand visibility for Testbits

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Comm, Business, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media (fresh grads with excellent portfolio is welcome)
  • Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and basic design
  • Familiar with digital ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
  • Good command of English & BM
  • Creative, independent, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Bonus: Knowledge of SEO, analytics reports, or video editing
