Job Overview

Our client is a growing F&B hospitality group seeking aDigital Marketing Managerto lead end-to-end marketing strategy and execution. This role sits at the intersection of business growth and creative executiontranslating revenue goals into structured, data-driven marketing campaigns.

You will work closely with leadership to identify growth opportunities, manage performance-driven campaigns, oversee social media execution, and coordinate with external creative partners to ensure brand consistency and commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Lead monthly and quarterly brainstorming sessions with leadership to identify revenue gaps and growth opportunities
  • Translate business goals into clear marketing strategies and campaign plans

Campaign & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns acrossMeta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Google
  • Manage paid ad budgets and continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Drive foot traffic, bookings, and online engagement, with a focus on improving performance on slower business days

Social Media & Content Management

  • Oversee end-to-end social media operations, including content planning, scheduling, and community management
  • Manage brand presence acrossFacebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu
  • Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across platforms

Creative & Project Management

  • Manage and coordinate external freelance graphic designers
  • Review and guide creative outputs to ensure alignment with brand aesthetics and campaign objectives
  • Maintain high visual and creative standards without being hands-on in design execution

Copywriting

  • Write and refine compelling copy for social media posts, advertisements, and promotional materials
  • Adapt messaging based on platform, audience, and campaign objectives

Must-Haves

  • 35 years of proven experience indigital marketing
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to connect business data to marketing solutions
  • Solid experience managingpaid ads and performance marketing
  • Proficiency withMeta Business Suite, TikTok, andXiaohongshu
  • Strong creative judgment and a sharp aesthetic eye to manage designers and creative output
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with leadership and external partners

Great-to-Have

  • Background inGraphic DesignorCreative Direction
  • Prior experience inF&B or hospitality
