Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, data-driven, and has a proven track record of increasing online visibility, generating quality leads, and managing high-performing digital campaigns.

This role requires strong expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and Google Ads, with the ability to develop and execute digital strategies that deliver measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  2. Lead and optimize SEO initiatives, including:
  • Technical SEO
  • On-page and off-page optimization
  • Keyword research
  • Content optimization
  • Link-building strategies

3.Develop and implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to improve brand visibility across AI-powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and other generative search engines.

4.Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including:

  • Search
  • Display
  • Performance Max
  • Remarketing
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CPC, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
  • Manage Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and other digital marketing tools.

5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop SEO-friendly and high-converting content.

6.Conduct competitor analysis and identify new growth opportunities.

7.Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

8. Stay updated with the latest trends, search engine algorithms, AI search developments, and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • SEO
  • GEO (AI Search Optimization)
  • Google Ads
  • Proficiency with:
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Google Search Console
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Google Ads
  • Looker Studio (preferred)
  • Experience with keyword research tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of website optimization, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B lead generation and performance marketing is highly desirable.
  • Google Ads Certification.
  • Google Analytics Certification.
  • Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is an advantage.
