RoleOverview:

TheDigitalMarketingManagerisresponsiblefordeveloping,implementing,andmanagingdigitalmarketingstrategiestodrivebrandawareness,engagement,andrevenuegrowthacrossonlinechannels.Theywillleadateamofdigitalmarketingprofessionals,ensuringalignmentwithbusinessgoalsandobjectives.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior role.
  3. Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Ads Boosting) across digital platforms.
  4. Experience in event marketing, exhibition, B2B marketing, or lead generation campaigns will be highly preferred.
  5. Demonstrate hands-on-experience in:
  6. Performance Marketing & Ads Boosting: Meta Ads including Facebook and Instagram Ads, Google Ads, monthly digital advertising budgets management, analyze Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Click (CPC), Conversion Rate, ROAS.
  7. Digital Marketing Tools: Google Analytics / GA4, Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, Email marketing tools, CRM or Lead Management Tools
  8. Social Media & Content Strategy
  9. Strong analytical ability to interpret campaign performance and optimize ads effectively.
  10. Ability to manage lead generation funnels and conversion tracking.
  11. Capable of planning digital marketing strategy aligned with company exhibition calendar.
  12. Strong project management and coordination skills.
  13. Strong data-driven decision making.
  14. Creative and innovative in marketing ideas.
  15. Ability to work in fast-paced event and exhibition environment.
  16. Strong communication and collaboration with sales, operation and project teams.

Responsibilities:

1.Developandexecutecomprehensivedigitalmarketingstrategiestoachievebusinessobjectives,includingleadgeneration,customeracquisition,andconversionoptimization.

2.Leadandmanagedigitalmarketingcampaignsacrossvariouschannels,includingsearchengineoptimization(SEO),pay-per-click(PPC)advertising,socialmedia,emailmarketing,andcontentmarketing.

3.Collaboratewithinternalteams,includingmarketing,sales,andproductdevelopment,todevelopintegratedmarketingcampaignsandinitiatives.

4.Overseethecreationandoptimizationofdigitalcontent,includingwebsitecontent,blogposts,socialmediaposts,andemailnewsletters,toengageandconverttargetaudiences.

5.Analyzedigitalmarketingperformancemetrics,suchaswebsitetraffic,conversionrates,andreturnoninvestment(ROI),andmakedata-drivendecisionstooptimizecampaignsand tactics.

6.Stayinformedaboutindustrytrends,emergingtechnologies,andbestpracticesindigitalmarketing,continuallyseekingopportunitiesforinnovationandimprovement.

7.Managerelationshipswithexternalvendors,agencies,andpartners,ensuringdeliverablesaremetontimeandwithinbudget.

8.Leadanddevelopthedigitalmarketingteam,providingguidance,mentorship,andprofessionaldevelopmentopportunitiestodriveteamperformanceandgrowth.

KeyPerformanceIndicators(KPIs):

1.WebsiteTraffic:Increaseinorganicandpaidwebsitetraffic,measuredbyuniquevisitors,pageviews,andsessionduration.

2.LeadGeneration:Numberofleadsgeneratedthroughdigitalmarketingchannels,includingformsubmissions,downloads,andinquiries.

3.ConversionRate:Improvementinconversionratesacrossdigitalmarketingchannels,suchaswebsiteconversions,emailsign-ups,andonlinepurchases.

4.ReturnonInvestment(ROI):MeasurementofROIfordigitalmarketingcampaignsandinitiatives,includingcostperacquisition(CPA)andreturnonadspend(ROAS).

5.SocialMediaEngagement:Metricssuchaslikes,shares,comments,andfollowersonsocialmediaplatforms,indicatingaudienceengagementandbrandreach.

6.EmailMarketingPerformance:Metricsincludingopenrates,click throughrates,andconversionratesforemailcampaigns,indicatingtheeffectivenessofemailmarketing

efforts.

7.ContentPerformance:Engagementmetricsfordigitalcontent,suchasblogviews,socialshares,andtimespentonpage,indicatingcontenteffectivenessandaudienceinterest.

8.TeamPerformance:Evaluationofdigitalmarketingteamproductivity,efficiency,andeffectiveness,includingprojectdelivery,collaboration,andprofessionaldevelopment.
