Digital Marketing Sales (MANDARIN & CANTONESE SPEAKER)

Job description:

Location: KL Sentral

Salary: RM5,500 + KPI Incentive up to RM1,800

Working Hours: Monday–Friday

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• REQUIREMENTS
• Fluent in Traditional Mandarin
• Cantonese is an added advantage
• Prior cold calling experience is mandatory
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing / Online Sales / Inside Sales
• Strong English communication skills
• Confident in communicating with clients via phone, chat and email
• Strong sales, negotiation and consultative selling skills
• Highly motivated, proactive and target-oriented
• Comfortable working in a competitive, revenue-focused environment
• Willing to work on
• public holidays that fall on weekdays (replacement leave provided).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contact new and existing Advertisers/Agencies through phone, chat and email
• Understand clients business goals and recommend suitable advertising solutions
• Identify sales opportunities and drive revenue growth
• Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB clients when applicable
• Provide pre- and post-sales support for advertising products
• Become an expert in advertising solutions and product adoption
• Identify trends, solve client issues and provide product feedback
• Build strong, consultative relationships with Advertisers
• Share success stories and best practices to help clients grow their business.
