Digital Marketing & Sales (Mandarin Speaker)

Description

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing - Sales professional who is fluent in Mandarin to join our team in the SEA region. This role involves developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive sales in the SEA region.
• Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
• Create engaging content in Mandarin for various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and website.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics to measure success and ROI.

Skills and Qualifications

We have the following hiring requirement:

• Fluent Traditional Mandarin speakers are required.
• Cantonese proficiency is an added advantage but is not mandatory.
• Prior cold calling experience is mandatory.
• Candidates must be willing to work on public holidays that fall on weekdays. (Replace leave is provided)

Salary:

• RM 5,000 – RM 5,500 (maximum)
• Additional KPI incentive of up to RM 1,800

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
