Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Sales Specialist at TDCX, located in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves working with clients in the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets to develop and implement marketing strategies that boost their digital presence and drive sales. Responsibilities include creating tailored solutions for digital advertising, analyzing campaign performances, utilizing web analytics tools, managing social media marketing, and fostering effective communication strategies. The role also entails building rapport with clients to understand their business needs and provide proactive support for their growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication abilities, especially in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing Cantonese or Mandarin
  • Experience in sales or digital marketing in the Hong Kong/Taiwan market is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment
