Develop, plan, and implement social media strategies to align with the brands goals, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms.
Create, manage, and optimize SEO-friendly content (text, images, videos) for all digital and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, etc.), including video production and photo editing.
Plan, schedule, and execute paid social media campaigns, managing budgets on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads while tracking performance using analytics tools.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights for optimization and preparing performance reports that track key metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, etc.).
Build brand awareness, engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and manage influencer partnerships to enhance engagement.
Stay updated on social media trends, industry developments, and algorithm changes, ensuring strategies remain effective and aligned with brand objectives.
Collaborate with external party to ensure cohesive messaging and successful campaign execution.
Job Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
Fresh graduates with relevant skills and passion for social media marketing are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in managing social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc. )
Hands-on experience with social media advertising and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
Strong knowledge of video production and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Capcut) is an advantage.
Experience in monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing social media campaigns.
Strong communication skills, creativity, and ability to collaborate with teams.
Willingness to stay updated on social media trends and algorithms.
