Responsible to daily e-commerce department operation and process order fulfillment from Gamer's Hideout webstore.
Work closely with customer service teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience to maintain a high rating and positive customer reviews.
Work closely with the warehouse & logistic team to process and track the order fulfillment.
Assist product listings includes ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, such as product descriptions, images, pricing, and stock availability. It also involves optimizing listings for search engines and user experience.
Process B2B to fulfill customer order.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in E-Commerce or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience in E-commerce, digital marketing, or related roles.
Knowledge and experience working with WooCommerce is highly preferred
Preferred with related industry experience
