Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The selected candidate will collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute online marketing campaigns tailored to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Responsibilities include managing social media platforms, analyzing website performance using web analytics, creating digital marketing strategies, optimizing online advertising efforts, and ensuring clear communication of brand messages across digital channels. The role demands innovation, strategy, and measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketer (Junior - Mid Junior Level) with expertise in media buying, social media management, and content creation. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a creative flair, responsible for driving our digital marketing efforts and enhancing our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Media Buying:

  • Develop and execute effective media buying strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Online Platform Ads(TikTok & Shopee), Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI by adjusting targeting, budgets, and creative assets.
  • Conduct audience research to inform targeting strategies and enhance ad relevance.
  • Utilize A/B testing to refine messaging and creative.

2.Social Media Management:

  • Handling company own social media account such as TikTok, LinkedIn,etc
  • Create, curate, and manage published content across social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Monitor social media trends, engage with followers, and foster community growth through strategic interactions.

3.Content Creation:

  • Develop high-quality written content and website copy that align with brand messaging and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create engaging visuals and multimedia content for digital campaigns.

4.Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track and report on campaign performance and audience engagement.
  • Provide regular performance reports, highlighting insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

5.Collaboration and Strategy:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
  • 1+ year experience in digital marketing or a related role
  • Experience in social media management, media buying, and digital advertising
  • Strong knowledge of web analytics, campaign optimization, and data-driven marketing
  • Ability to create engaging digital content across platforms
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with current digital marketing tools and best practices
  • Experience in e-commerce or integrated marketing is a plus
  • Fluent in English; Chinese is a plus but not mandatory

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO, media buying and content marketing strategies.
  • Experience in SEA market. (Thailand/ Vietnam/ Japan/ Korea/ Singapore)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
