Digital Marketing Specialist

What You'll Do

• Plan and coordinate campaign execution across multiple digital channels including social media , email, website, and mobile platforms.
• Turn marketing objectives into campaigns that people genuinely engage with—not just scroll past.
• Present and demonstrate our products to clients in a clear and engaging way.
• Guide clients through the product process and explain how different features work.
• Turn product features into simple and interesting marketing messages.
• Work with Product, Marketing and Business teams on new products, features and campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify what works, and continuously improve future campaigns.
• Experiment with new content formats, AI tools and creative strategies to stay ahead of the market.

What We're Looking for

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, PR, Business, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or User Acquisition.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
• Has strong creativity and enjoys turning ideas into campaigns.
• Is curious, proactive and enjoys learning new things.
• Confident in presenting products and communicating with clients
• Comfortable guiding clients through a product or process.
• Is comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or other creative tools.
• Experience collaborating with product or technology teams will be a plus.
