If you live on Instagram, know the Tiktok algorithm like the back of your hand, and can turn a raw fitness clip into a high-converting ad, we want you on our team.

The Role: What You'll Be Doing

This is a Full-Time role based at our Eco Botanic headquarters. You will be the creative engine driving our brand's digital presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Rednote.

1. Content Creation (The Hook)
  • Ideation & Planning: Brainstorming thumb-stopping content pillars (educational, entertaining, and promotional).
  • Filming: Getting on the gym floor to capture high-quality raw footage of trainers, members, and the vibe.
  • Editing: Turning raw footage into polished, high-energy Reels, TikToks, and Vlogs.
2. Social Media Management
  • Owning the posting schedule and community engagement for IG, TikTok, and Rednote.
  • Staying ahead of platform updates and shifting trends to keep us relevant.
3. Performance Marketing (Ad Buy)
  • Managing ad spend across Meta and TikTok to drive membership leads.
  • Analyzing data to optimize ROI and ensuring our basic + commission structure remains highly lucrative for the team.

Work Schedule & Location
  • Location: Based at our office/gym in Eco Botanic, Iskandar Puteri.
  • Hours: 8 hours per day.
  • Days: 5 days a week.

  • A Content Native: You have a portfolio of video work (TikTok/Reels) that shows you understand pacing, sound trends, and visual storytelling.
  • Platform Pro: You understand the nuance between a TikTok challenge and a Instagram aesthetic reel.
  • Data-Driven: You aren't afraid of the Ads Manager dashboard and know how to read a CPM or CPL.
  • Fitness Enthusiast: You don't need to be a pro athlete, but you should understand gym culture and the why behind working out.
