Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Able at communicating physically or virtually
  • Bringing fresh idea and new perspectives to potential clients.
  • Analyze clients current Takaful policies and suggest additions or changes
  • Handling customer services through digital channels
  • Managing social media and digital marketing
  • Contributing to company culture and team-building activities
  • Personalizing customer experience.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess minima Diploma / Degree
  • Required language : Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Skills required: Communication Skill
  • Digital-first communication ie Facebook/Instagram/Tiktok/Twitter Account
  • Modern tools and tech-driven work environment
  • Remote or hybrid teamwork options.
  • Flexible work hours
  • Love meeting with new people and learning new things.
  • Participating in virtual and in-person brainstorming sessions with team and client.
  • No experience is needed but candidates with sales, marketing and finance knowledge would be an advantage
