We're looking for a proactive, sales-driven marketer to join our team and own the full lead journey, from digital campaigns to qualified appointments and conversions.
What you'll do:
Digital Marketing
- Assist with running and optimising online campaigns (social/email/ads/landing pages)
- Support content creation and promotion of offers
- Help track performance and improve conversion rates (CTR, leads, CPL/CPA)
Telesales
- Call, qualify, and follow up with leads in a professional, persuasive way
- Book demos/appointments and progress leads through the sales pipeline
- Keep accurate CRM notes and ensure timely follow-ups
Together (Lead-to-Sale)
- Work to convert campaign-generated interest into qualified sales opportunities
- Use results and feedback to improve messaging and targeting
What we're looking for:
- Confident communicator (comfortable on the phone)
- Experience or strong interest in digital marketing and lead generation
- Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail
- Ability to work to targets/KPIs
