Responsibilities
* Engage and influence prospects using professional selling skills and INTI Program Counselling Methodologies.
* Build personalized higher education discovery solutions with a balance of high energy and quality service.
* Drive international student enrolments to the organization.
* Meet and exceed assigned sales targets within each cycle.
* Conduct outbound calls/messages to boost enrolments via digital platforms.
* Handle inbound enquiries via online channels, social media, email, and live chats.
* Provide face-to-face counselling to online-generated leads.
* Assist with eligibility checks, visa processing, airport pickup, and medical checkup arrangements.
* Maintain and update student data using a state-of-the-art Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
* Utilize all relevant sales tools and technologies to exceed goals and support department growth.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in any field
Results-driven and self-motivated
Able to commit to work on alternate weekends and Public Holidays
Willing to work in SS15, Subang Jaya, in a well-established university
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
Dynamic, persuasive, and passionate about sales and student engagement
Comfortable speaking with international students via phone calls and WhatsApp
