Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Affinity partnership strategies to grow Motor and non-motor insurance business.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with digital platforms, e-commerce, automotive partners, fintech, associations and corporate organisation.
- Drive API integration initiatives with partners to enable seamless digital insurance distribution and automated processing.
- Collaborate with IT, Digital, Operations, Product and Underwriting teams to implement technology driven solutions that enhance customer experience and operation efficiency.
- Manage end to end partner onboarding, implementation, and post launch performance.
- Analyse portfolio performance, identify growth opportunities and recommend new digital propositions.
- Build long term strategic relationship with partners to achieve sustainable business growth and profitability.
- Ensure all partnership initiatives comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, insurance or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Preferably Executive specializing in Sales / Marketing or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English,Malay language for both spoken and written
- Expereince in both Motor and Non-Motor insurance product will be an advantage.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams towards success.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
