Digital People Solutions Specialist

The Digital People Solutions Specialist acts as the technical and digital backbone of the AMEA HR team. This is a digital/data/tech-focused support role that works in close collaboration with the Regional HRBP, complementing HR business partnering with strong digital, data, and systems expertise. By maintaining dashboards, ensuring HR data quality, enabling digital platforms, providing analytics, and supporting campaigns with end-to-end tech enablement, the role ensures smooth execution of HR initiatives across the region. Together with the Regional HRBP, this position frees the Regional HR Director from unnecessary details, allowing leadership to remain focused on strategy and long-term priorities.

Experience & Background

• 47 years in HR systems, digitalization, data/analytics, developer for HR Department or HR technology projects.
• Proven track record in dashboard management, data quality, and digital communication.
• Experience supporting digital platform rollouts (pre- and post-launch).
• Exposure to AI-enabled tools, workflow automation, or digital HR initiatives strongly preferred.
• Regional or international HR experience is an advantage
