Provide professional technical support and training to customers for UPS, EV Charger and Solar Renewable Energy system.
Work closely with Sales to develop Key Accounts, and support Sales to provide necessary technical response to Key Accounts.
Study project specification documents and develop technical proposals to support successful winning of projects. Engage with principal's technical team whenever necessary.
Support POC, FAT, device provisioning and installation for all project delivery.
Develop technical papers and presentation materials to present at customer, technical and marketing events or to be used as marketing materials.
Study and qualify new technologies and products to support strategic direction of company.
To complete additional assignments or projects as required by supervisor to achieve strategic objectives.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering , Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in UPS / Data Center Infrastructure support or a related role is a strong advantage
Strong understanding of UPS and Data Center infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with UPS, Rectifier, AVR or etc.
Professional certification (ex: CDCP, CDCS, CDCE or any UPS/Data Center related training certificate) is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
