As the Digital Product Lead of e-B2B,

You will lead e-B2B program that will drive the transformation and digitization of our current Route-to-market across the General Trade.

Through the e-B2B program you will seek to establish a Direct relationship between Coca-Cola SIMA and the retailer with the purpose to influence demand and drive growth, to provide our retailers a Digital ecosystem that enables interaction with Coca-Cola SIMA across the customer relationship funnel and increase the numeric distribution with an efficient cost to serve.

The role involves driving the transformation plan across the pillars of Demand Capture, Demand Generation, Demand Fulfilment, Payments and Customer Relationships and underpinned by new digital capabilities, technology, data and analytics.

As the Product Lead you must have the ability to lead the development of new Digital Route-to-Market solutions to the existing models with the Commercial, Route-to-Market, Trade Marketing/Point-of-Sales team, and Sales Heads, providing appropriate fact-based arguments, keeping a continuous improvement culture in the trade.

What you will be doing:

Lead eB2B Product Development:

  • eB2B Product Roadmap (Demand Capture Pillar). End-to-end management of platform features & processes from ideation to delivery for an ongoing business at scale. Manage the product roadmap for the eCommerce platform, including prioritization of features, working with IT to detail user stories, and user testing.
  • Help product owners with various behavioural analytics to prioritize product features based on usage data of B2B e-commerce portals, Web, Chat and mobile apps
  • Strategizing the product roadmap for eB2B Digital Capabilities (Demand Generation Pillar). Including but not limited to Loyalty, Marketing Automation, UI UX, Personalization, Recommendation, Coupons, Promotions, Segmentation, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager etc
  • Understand advanced practices of digital marketing, emerging customer data tools, personalisation tactics and how these translate into customer acquisition, retention and loyalty.
  • Defining the long-term vision for the products while driving the day-to-day activities.

Product Rollout and GO LIVE:

  • Balance user-, design-, and business-oriented goals while continually striving to improve the overall customer experience
  • Defining end-to-end process for the products from ideation to implementation and set up robust success metrics to track & pivot and help quantify value benefits
  • Collaboration with eB2B execution team to embed the tools in a diverse set of markets & own the adoption of the relevant products
  • Gather insight from NPS and customer feedback as well as data and analytics to support decision making
  • Coordinate and align with the Market IT team, Digital Enablers team, Data & Analytics, external partners to produce a common and agreed-upon product roadmap that includes new features, CR's, and any product enhancements
  • Work closely with market PO's and internal teams for feature prioritization, market localization and delivery management of a prioritized product roadmap
  • Extensive interaction and collaboration with cross functional teams and external vendors.

Identify Global Relevant Product Innovations & adaption:

  • Identify local selling and delivery models that are being developed and/or used by other companies that could be adapted to our market realities now or in the future (e.g., eB2B, chatbots, voice orders, photo recognition, inventory management, etc)
  • New trends in ecommerce and digital products around the globe which can be adapted in eB2B products in our market.

Qualifications

You will need to have:

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree
  • More than 4-6 years of experience in Digital product management or Ecommerce platform development
  • Ability to establish collaborative working relationships, deal with change management and process improvement

  • Basic of AB testing & UI/UX recommendation from behavioral data
  • Operations/logistics basic processes
  • Business Acumen & commercial understanding
