We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Product Manager - * iCON to join our team based in Bayan Lepas, Penang.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Roadmap and Planning:

  • Define and maintain the product roadmap for iCON, aligning with strategic objectives and customer requirements.
  • Prioritise features and enhancements based on business impact and resource availability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and manage expectations.

Feature Development and Delivery:

  • Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of new features and improvements.
  • Review technical feasibility and provide input on design decisions to optimise performance.
  • Monitor progress and resolve blockers during development cycles.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams for iCON-related initiatives.
  • Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and provide clear documentation for development.
  • Communicate updates and manage feedback loops with internal and external stakeholders.

Risk and Issue Management:

  • Identify potential risks in feature implementation and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with governance standards and maintain consistency across systems.
  • Escalate critical issues promptly and follow through on resolution.

Quality Assurance

  • Participate in UAT and feature testing to validate functionality and readiness for release.
  • Ensure deliverables meet performance and usability standards before deployment.
  • Document test results and coordinate fixes with development teams.

Key Performance Measures:

  • Timely delivery of roadmap features and enhancements.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction with product functionality and communication.
  • Reduce system performance issues and improve user experience.
  • Compliance with governance and security standards.
  • Successful completion of UAT and production deployments without major defects.

Requirements:

Previous Work Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or Agile Product Management are preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Minimum 1–3 years in product management or digital platform development roles.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and sprint planning.
  • Experience with Mendix, GraphQL, and API integration concepts.
  • Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, UAT environments, and deployment processes.
  • Strong understanding of data structures and performance optimisation in digital platforms.
  • Skilled in collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and VivaEngage.
  • Ideally has 1 or two vibe coding projects to showcase.
