This role acts as the central integrator across technical content, regional teams, managers, and global stakeholders by ensuring that training initiatives are aligned with business priorities, product strategy, and customer needs. The Training PM focuses not only on delivering training activities, but on building a sustainable, scalable enablement system that supports AE growth across regions and experience levels.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own and drive Keysight Technical Application Support (KTAS) team enablement programs to improve capability, readiness, and consistency across regions.
  • Design and manage structured training initiatives, including onboarding, continuous technical enablement, and advanced skill development for Application Engineers.
  • Translate business priorities, product strategy, and customer needs into clear, scalable enablement plans, learning paths, and a structured training calendar.
  • Partner with worldwide KTAS AEs, product teams, and regional leaders to curate, structure, and refresh training content.
  • Design, build, and maintain the internal KTAS Academy SharePoint as a centralized enablement hub to support scalable knowledge sharing and self‑learning.
  • Coordinate global training delivery across multiple formats (live, virtual, recorded, hands‑on) to support a diverse, global audience.
  • Act as the central point of coordination between global stakeholders, regional managers, and participating engineers.
  • Ensure training programs are practical, outcome‑driven, and aligned with real AE performance and customer impact.
  • Track program effectiveness through feedback and engagement metrics and continuously improve training structure and execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
  • Experience in training, enablement, learning program management, or cross‑functional program coordination, preferably in a technical or customer‑facing environment.
  • Understanding of Application Engineering, technical support, or similar roles is an added advantage.
  • Proven ability to translate business priorities, product strategy, and customer needs into structured learning or enablement initiatives.
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions.
  • Ability and willingness to collaborate with global teams, including flexibility to accommodate meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Background in designing or managing global training, enablement, or knowledge‑sharing programs.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, learning platforms, or internal knowledge management tools.
