We are currently recruiting for a Digital Product Owner to join our team. The incumbent is responsible for defining the platform's vision and strategy, managing the product backlog and features, and ensuring the platform meets business goals and user needs. Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams, analyzing performance data, and overseeing the technical aspects of the platform to drive innovation and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy and Vision

  • Establish and communicate the overall strategic direction of the platform, aligning it with business objectives.
  • Collect, analyze, and prioritize product requirements based on market research, user needs, and stakeholder input.
  • Create plans for launching new features and strategies for user acquisition and retention.

Product and Backlog Management

  • Prioritize and refine the list of features, tasks, and user stories for the development team.
  • Work with design and development teams to determine what features to build and how they should function to provide value.
  • Ensure the team is focused on delivering features that align with the product's vision and goals.

Stakeholder and Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with various departments, such as IT, marketing, sales, and design, to align on goals and execution.
  • Keep stakeholders informed and gather their feedback to ensure the platform meets their needs.
  • Encourage a collaborative and performance-driven culture within the team and across the organization.
  • Ensure the platform is understood, used properly, and delivers benefits

Performance and Operations

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and inform decisions.
  • Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and performs well by working closely with technical teams, and that platform decisions follow architectural, data, and cybersecurity standards
  • Maintain compliance with brand, legal, and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct experiments and implement updates to enhance user experience and platform capabilities.
  • Approve changes, releases, and enhancements.
  • Vendor Management - manage key vendors delivering the platform or modules; ensure SLAs, performance, and contract obligations are met
  • FinOps / Usage Monitoring / License Renewal - own the platform budget (build vs run costs); evaluate financial impact of upgrades, licenses, and new investments; ensure cost efficiency and scalability
  • Assist with internal or external audits by providing required documentation, evidence, and responses to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
  • Respond to and resolving unplanned disruptions or service issues to restore normal operations as quickly as possible.
  • Forecast, prioritize, and control incoming requests for services or resources to ensure capacity aligns with business needs
  • Structured approach to identifying the root causes of recurring incidents and implementing long-term fixes to prevent them from happening again

Required Qualification & Experience:

  • Has more than 6 years of product management experience
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills
  • Highly collaborative, able to build alignment across diverse stakeholders
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and change
  • Strong prioritization skills with the ability to balance business needs, technical constraints, and user impact
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and drive outcomes in complex environments

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Time to Market - Total time from idea conception to launch
  • System Uptime and Reliability - Ensure consistent product availability and functionality
  • Sprint Goal Completion Rate / On-time Delivery - Track the percentage of planned work delivered within timeframe
