Job Description

Job Summary

  • The Digital Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering digital initiatives such as mobile app development, CRM systems, loyalty programs and website enhancements. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives while coordinating cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, product, and external vendors.

Job Responsibilities

Digital Project Planning & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of digital projects including mobile app upgrades / BAU activities, CRM implementation, loyalty program features, and digital platform enhancements.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and task tracking.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as the central coordinator between internal teams such as Marketing, CRM, IT, Operations, Customer Service, and external vendors or developers.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and progress updates.

Vendor & Agency Management

  • Manage relationships with external vendors including app developers, CRM vendors, system integrators, and digital agencies.
  • Ensure vendors deliver according to project scope, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Monitor project milestones and service level agreements.

Digital Product & Feature Development

  • Work with business teams to translate requirements into functional specifications for digital products.
  • Coordinate development of features & UI/UX to improve overall user experience.
  • Ensure digital platforms support marketing campaigns and CRM initiatives.

Testing & Launch Readiness

  • Coordinate system testing including UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure features function correctly before launch.
  • Work with IT and vendors to resolve bugs and technical issues.
  • Ensure readiness for launch including backend setup, data integration, and operational workflows.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Ensure the Eco-Shop Mobile App operates reliably and remains stable at all times, coordinating with technical teams to address any system issues promptly.
  • Monitor digital platform performance, user engagement metrics, and key project KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve user experience, feature usability, and digital adoption among customers.
  • Provide recommendations for platform enhancements and new features based on performance data, user feedback, and business needs.

Risk Management

  • Identify potential project risks, timeline delays, or resource gaps that may impact digital project delivery.
  • Develop and implement mitigation plans to minimize risks and ensure projects are delivered within scope and timeline.
  • Ensure all digital initiatives comply with data privacy regulations, security standards, and company policies.

Loyalty Program

  • Oversee the member communication program to ensure consistent engagement with members through multiple channels such as mobile app notifications, EDM, SMS, and social media.
  • Oversee loyalty campaigns and member-exclusive promotions to drive member acquisition, retention, and spending.
  • Monitor loyalty program performance & member insights including member growth, engagement rate, points issuance, redemption trends with member data & insights to improve campaign effectiveness and personalize member communications
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance member experience and strengthen brand loyalty.

Person Specifications Education & Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong technical understanding of digital platforms and software development processes; basic coding knowledge is an added advantage.

Relevant Experience & Years of Service

  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in application development, system support, or digital solution delivery.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, innovative, and a strong team player.
  • A passion for technology and continuous learning.
  • Willing to travel
