Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct final negotiations and secure signed agreements, ensuring the successful closure of deals.
- Meet with clients in person, over the phone, or via video conference to discuss proposals, answer questions, and address any concerns.
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to sales transactions, including contracts, agreements, pitch project and client records.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in the system.
- Provide regular reports to the sales management team on deal status, forecasts, and any potential challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of work-related experience with demonstrated success in closing deals/ pitching sales/ presentation to client/ negotiating with client/ customer-facing roles.
- Strong knowledge of the company's products or services, sales goals, and customer base. Have knowledge and background in digital marketing is a strong plus
- Candidates with prior experience in a marketing agency are highly preferred
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to project confidence and professionalism.
