  • Designing and architecting scalable, reusable digital solutions across industries including Power, Oil & Gas, LNG, Chemicals, Life Sciences, Water, and other Process Industries, while addressing sector-specific operational, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Developing digital transformation roadmaps by assessing current-state capabilities, identifying high-value use cases, defining target architectures, and establishing phased implementation strategies.
  • Building business cases and ROI models that link digital initiatives to measurable outcomes such as asset performance, production efficiency, reliability, energy optimization, sustainability, safety, and workforce productivity.
  • Serving as the digital technical lead for strategic pursuits and key accounts, engaging executive stakeholders, IT/OT leaders, EPCs, consultants, and plant management to align solutions with business objectives.
  • Defining industrial data and integration architectures utilizing technologies such as OPC UA, MQTT, APIs, edge computing, industrial historians, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems to enable secure and scalable data exchange.
  • Ensuring cybersecurity, resilience, and governance are embedded within solution designs, addressing areas such as network segmentation, access management, secure connectivity, backup and recovery, monitoring, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Supporting project execution and lifecycle value realization by guiding technical delivery, testing, commissioning, user adoption, continuous improvement, and the development of repeatable solution templates and best practices.
  • Leading technical tendering, scope definition, compliance reviews, estimation, and risk assessments, balancing innovation with delivery feasibility, commercial viability, and long-term operational support.

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineer, Computer Science/IT, or another elated discipline.
  • Around 8 to 10 years of experience in industrial automation, digitalization, industrial software, operational technology (OT), technology consulting, or digital transformation, including at least 5 years in solution architecture, technical leadership, or consulting roles.
  • Strong expertise in DCS, PLC, SCADA, SIS, PMS, Industrial Historians, MES/MOM, APM, and enterprise systems integration, with experience delivering complex multi-system industrial solutions.
