Client Introduction

Our client is a fast-growing technology provider specializing in PropTech and digital marketing innovation. They are at the forefront of transforming the real estate and construction industries through Virtual Reality (VR), Digital Twin technology, and Digital Showroom solutions. As they scale their presence across Southeast Asia, they are looking for a high-potential consultant to drive technical delivery and project success.

Mission

The Digital Solutions Consultant serves as the primary technical bridge between regional clients and internal R&D teams. This role is responsible for the successful end-to-end implementation of digital marketing products, ensuring that complex solutions like Digital Twins and VR Showrooms are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards. You will combine technical project management with a consultative approach to drive customer satisfaction and successful system adoption.

Key Responsibilities & Activities

1. Technical Solution Implementation

  • Project Delivery: Facilitate the end-to-end implementation of PropTech portfolios, specifically focusing on VR, Digital Twin, and Digital Showroom solutions.

  • Lifecycle Control: Manage software delivery cycles (typically 3 to 6 months), maintaining tight control over project cost, resources, risk mitigation, and schedules.

  • Agile Governance: Act as the technical lead for project scope and milestones, ensuring enterprise-level implementations meet rigorous quality KPIs.

2. Regional & Technical Liaison

  • Cross-Border Coordination: Collaborate closely with China-based R&D teams to translate regional client requirements into actionable technical deliverables and track progress.

  • PMO Alignment: Support the adoption of standardized delivery frameworks and tools to optimize work efficiency across multiple client projects.

  • Portfolio Scale: Successfully manage and deliver a portfolio of 5 to 10 digital solution projects per year.

3. Client Advisory & Support

  • Consultative Engagement: Capture and analyze complex client requirements, translating business needs into execution-ready technical specifications.

  • Reporting & Visibility: Conduct regular updates and provide daily/weekly progress reports to both the client and the internal technical lead.

  • Customer Success: Serve as the technical point of contact during the delivery phase, resolving challenges and ensuring successful reference projects for future business growth.

Technical & Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience: 4–5 years of professional experience in PropTech, digital marketing solutions, or enterprise software implementation.

  • Track Record: Proven ability to deliver software projects with a value exceeding RM 100,000.

  • Language Proficiency:Mandatory fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required to facilitate technical communication with the China R&D centre; Bahasa Malaysia is also required.

  • Technical Foundation: A solid IT technical background is highly preferred, with an understanding of how Digital Twin/VR technologies integrate with CRM and marketing ecosystems.

  • Learning Agility: High capacity for rapid learning, particularly regarding AI-driven solutions and evolving PropTech trends.

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Strong logical thinking, pressure resistance, and an ownership mentality toward project outcomes.
