A retail organisation is on the lookout for a Digital Transformation Specialist to join their team. Located strategically within Kuala Lumpur, this organisation is pushing new initiatives to upscale their current systems.

About The Job

As the new Digital Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible for bridging the gap business units and internal development teams. Your role liaises with technical leads and business users, gathering their requirements and translating it into manageable criteria for the internal teams to execute enhancements and implementations. Given the lean structure of the team, you will also take up the opportunity to manage solution design and drive discussions to plan strategic direction.

job requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in solution design or an analyst
• Agile methodology preferred
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and coordinate projects
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Bachelors in Computer Science or other relevant degrees
