Responsibilities

Identify and leverage emerging digital trends and technologies, ensuring the bank remains ahead of the curve in delivering innovative wealth solutions.

Foster an environment that encourages creativity, experimentation, and the pursuit of digital excellence throughout the organization.

Seamlessly integrate advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning into banks wealth management services to offer personalized and optimized client interactions.

Drive the widespread adoption of digital tools and platforms, maximizing their potential to revolutionize the service delivery.

Ensure a seamless, intuitive, and superior digital experience for our clients, making every interaction impactful and memorable.

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing digital team, fostering a collaborative & innovative culture.

Articulate and communicate the digital strategy and progress to senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support.

Requirements

Masters degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage resources, and drive project success.

Experienced in transformation projects in financial services in leading organizations preferably across multiple locations

Proven track record of leading successful digital initiatives and driving innovation.

Strong understanding of digital technologies, including AI, machine learning, data analytics etc

Familiarity in Project Management, Delivery & Agile Methodologies.

Experience in Finance domain - Wealth Management with experience working on cross asset projects.

Domain knowledge in core business processes and products, and sales process in Wealth Management

Excellent presentation and communication skills with internal clients and colleagues.

Capability to align project objectives with broader business goals and strategic initiatives.
