Responsible for the development and growth of STM's Family business direct sales through TMCC nationwide and any future distribution to achieve profitable growth and strong sustainability. Strategize, plan and monitor for effective and efficient Family business sales deliveries. Responsible to build and develop TMCC and IFiC staff sales and marketing skills and talents in meeting the set business requirements.
Job Description
- Responsible to achieve the set family contribution and FYAC target as plan for TMCC and IFiC.
- Develop the right sales and marketing knowledge, attitude and communication.
- Assist Head of Retail Direct to define production budget, construct and implement strategies to grow family retail business year on year.
- Involved in joint sales activities together with the TMCC and IFiC staff.
- Support and collaborate with Distribution Support section in driving and executing the sales support action plan.
- Monitor and evaluate business performance against budget and undertake corrective action when necessary.
- Assisting Head of Retail Direct in the development of sales support action plans joint responsibility and accountability with Distribution Support for the retail family sales support initiatives.
Qualification / Requirement
- Diploma or Bachelor in any discipline preferably in Insurance; and/or
- At least 7 years of Sales and Marketing experience in family takaful/insurance environment with extensive retail takaful business exposure.
