Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategic learning frameworks that align talent development with company's business goals
  2. Forge strategic partnerships with leading training institutions to enrich learning content and expand outreach through collaboration, networking, and resource sharing.
  3. Lead the evaluation and improvement of training effectiveness by conducting impact assessments, gathering feedback and aligning learning outcomes with business results.
  4. Modernize training delivery by incorporating digital platforms, contemporary methods, and modular learning design to increase accessibility and effectiveness.
  5. Oversee the development and administration of knowledge-sharing platforms and repositories to support organizational learning and institutional memory.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource/ Business Administration/ Knowledge Management or a related field.
  2. Certified Training Professional (CTP), Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM), or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
  3. Minimum 10 of working experience in training & development, corporate learning, or knowledge management, with at least 15 years experience in leadership roles.
  4. Expert in learning & development strategies, training program design, and adult learning methodologies.
  5. Mastered in knowledge management frameworks, digital learning technologies, and organizational learning culture.
  6. Extensive experience in contract management in training, procurement of learning services, and compliance with educational standards.
  7. Some knowledge and experience in data analytics for learning impact measurement, e-learning platforms, and emerging trends in corporate training.
